Graffiti Soda Blaster Demonstration
When:
Wed., May 24, 5:30 - 7:00
Where:
Potter's Wheel, 333 Jefferson Ave.
The Evansville Police Department will demonstrate new graffiti removal equipment at the next Traveling City Hall meeting. Refreshments will be provided by the Kool-Aid with a Cop program. The Evansville Police Department Crime Prevention Unit obtained a soda blaster last fall. The equipment resembles a pressure washer. It has been used to blast graffiti — some more than 20 years old — from buildings and garages with a safe baking soda compound. City residents interested in having graffiti removed from their property are encouraged to attend the demonstration.
