As the nation’s leading cause of disability, arthritis affects millions. In support, the Arthritis Foundation’s local chapter puts on a 5K run/walk to raise money for research and advocacy. The event also encourages a holiday spirit: Participants wear jingle bells on shoes and themed costumes. $5-$22
