Youth Resources hosts this annual event to honor Robert “Scooter” Tiemann while also raising funds for the TEENPOWER Scholarship Fund bearing his name. Since 2013, the Scooter Scholarship Fund has provided 74 students with the opportunity to attend TEENPOWER.
