This weekend getaway comes from an ogranization dedicated to improving the well-being of the community: the YMCA. Here, experts gather to help women begin or enhance a lifestyle of well-being. Workshops, lectures, and activities focus on topics such as nutrition, exercise, and relaxation. $150 for members, $200 for non-members.
