The Southwestern Foundation, which supports mental health and addiction services, hosted this twist on a tea party at The Women’s Hospital. Guests arrived at the April 29 Brim and Rim luncheon to find their own china teacup and saucer, which they used to sample teas and coffees and took home as a memento. During the luncheon, models showed off spring and summer accessories from Tracy Zeller jewelry, Dillard’s, Elle’s Belles, and Advanced Vision Associates. A spirited live auction of hand-painted teapots brought in nearly $7,000. Diane Douglas emceed the sold-out event, which was co-chaired by Barbara Graber and Kathy Berry.
