Solider Dogs for Independence will hold the 3rd annual Paws for a Vet event at the Charles Denby VFW Post. All veterans and children under the age of 13 years will be admitted for free, a $5 donation is requested for all others.

The event includes a silent auction, barbecue, pizza, popcorn, cotton candy, a bake sale, a bounce house, and more. Live music by Angel Rhodes and comedian, magician, and ventriloquist David Del Mar also will be on hand.
