“America’s Untold Story — 450 years of the African American Experience”


 In honor of Black History month, Lyles Station Historic School & Museum is partnering with Eyewitness News WEHT WTVW for a video screening of "America’s Untold Story — 450 years of African American Experience."

The hour-long documentary chronicles the 450pyear arc of continuous African American history beginning in 1565 in Spanish Florida and continuing to the present day, revealing untold facts about the importance of African-American involvement in our nation’s creation.

Directly after the showing, the Wayman Chapel Church and minister James Wilkerson will present a program entitled "The Role of the Church in the Community."
