Students ages 9-12 are invited to the four day camp, “THE ART OF THE WILD”. Come to John James Audubon State Park for a wide variety of summer fun at its best. Art in the WILD will be a day to day adventure, as we unearth new discoveries in art and nature. After we have learned a little about our local creatures, we will be sketching in the outdoors and in the studio. A variety of mediums will be used throughout the week. The last day we’ll have pizza, fishing, games and more. We will finish the camp off with a grand artist reception for you and family. Some hiking and outdoor drawing will be done.
The fee includes all materials, snacks, and a t-shirt. Students must wear tennis shoes each day and bring a sack lunch and drink the first three days of the camp. Day four, lunch is FREE. Check in: 8:45. Camp: 9a.m. – 3p.m. $50.
Pre-registration is required, class size limited to 20.
