It Takes A Village No-Kill Canine Rescue will hold its fourth annual Canine Carnival & Mardi Paws at Historic Bosse Field. The day will include dog contests, demonstrations, pet photos, a kids festival, food, shopping vendors, live music, a beer garden, a silent auction, and more. Pets are welcome to the event.
