The word confined can be defined as a restricted area or space, being restricted, or refer to the feeling Victorian women felt living a life of limitation. In this exhibition you will feel all three. "Confined: A true Victorian experience," follows the story of three women; Mary Jeffries, Adeline Tanner and Jane Doyle in the mid to late 1800s.
