The Downtown Alliance has coordinated a Downtown Living event with local realtors, Downtown Evansville restaurants, merchants and a chance to win a pair of tickets to University of Evansville Men’s Basketball vs. Wabash.

From 12-2 p.m., six condos listed from $145,000 to $497,777 will be open Downtown.

In addition to the open condos, several Downtown restaurants are opening early for the event, and Downtown’s shops are looking forward to meeting potential new neighbors.
