The Evansville Philharmonic Guild Barnes and Noble Book Fair is set from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 19. Tri-State student choirs will perform through-out the day. A percentage of sales from the event will fund innovative, educational philharmonic concerts for more than 10,000 Tri-State youth.
