The FightStrong 5K is a run/walk event to raise funds to benefit those affected by pancreatic cancer as well as to provide a scholarship through Dollars for Scholars. This event is held in honor of Jennifer (Davis) Riley, who helped organize the first FightStrong 5K in 2011 before losing her battle with pancreatic cancer.
The race is held in Princeton, Indiana on flat terrain with a few small hills starting and finishing at the Princeton Community High School track. It is CHIP timed with awards for runners in multiple age adult and child age groups.
