Start your Halloween celebrations with trick or treating in Downtown Newburgh at 2 p.m. Many downtown businesses are prepared to hand out candy before the Ghostly Stroll Walking Parade, which begins at 2 p.m. at Town Hall. The Little Old Dam Band leads the parade. Parents, kids, and pets are invited to dress up for the event.
