Trick or Treat through the downtown Newburgh stores! At 4 p.m., the streets will close and the Walking Parade through town will begin. Kids of all ages are encouraged to come in costume and participate in costume contests and other fun planned events. All willing pets also are welcome! This is sponsored by many of the downtown Newburgh merchants, and is free.
