Girl Scouts Pearls event

An elegant, gala evening for women of all generations that honors the generosity of Girl Scout Founder Juliette Gordon Low, who sold her rare heirloom pearls to ensure the success of the then fledging Girl Scout organization. The event includes an elegant dinner, a cash bar, an "All About Pearls" talk by Tracy Zeller, and vignettes presented by local women on the theme "Love, Love, and What I Wore," inspired by the book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman.

Proceeds from the Pearls event will support Girls Scouts of Southwest Indiana’s Scoutership Program, which enables girls in economically-stressed families to afford participation in Girl Scouts. For more information, call or email pbateman@girlscouts-gssi.org.
