Dinner on the Bridge offers six courses of fine cuisine curated by George Sidaros, Old National Events Plaza’s Director of Food & Beverage and acting Executive Chef. Indulgence features a beautifully designed menu of dishes, including Pan Seared Scallops and a selection of Filet de Boeuf Wellington or Seafood Paella Valenciana, all finished in front of guests by Chef Sidaros. Wine pairings are offered throughout the evening to enhance each course, with tasting notes offered by a sommelier. The experience is engaging and intimate, as Chef and Sommelier guide guests through the menu options, and attendees enjoy each dish along with accompanying live music. Guests are provided with recipes from the evening to take home and featured wines are available for purchase.
