Fun, family, music, and community spirit are what ParksFest music festival is all about. Following the enormously successful inaugural year, ParksFest is back, bigger and better than ever to deliver an all-day, free family fun event. Garvin Park comes alive with fun featuring music from many talented bands, and activities for kids and adults alike. Headlining this year is international touring artist, singer-songwriter, with a hard-rocking country legacy, Mr. Shooter Jennings. Also taking the stage will be Willie Watson, Davina and the Vagabonds, Boscoe France Band, Calabash, The Honey Vines, Osiella, Factor Primo, and Art the Dude.

Those attending are advised to arrive early, and to take lawn chairs and blankets. ParksFest includes a marketplace for local artists to trade their art, crafts, and hand-made items. Food and beverage selections are plentiful, including many of the areas local food trucks, Pizza Revolution, and Lamasco on Location.
