To be eligible to participate in a Quick Draw event artists must have their blank canvas or paper stamped. Artists are required to keep their canvases blank until a signal is given for them to begin drawing. The Quick Draw entries will be judged at 7 p.m. and awards will be given at a reception, which is to follow, immediately
