A benefit for the Spirit Medical Fund, the second annual Howl-O-Ween is a one day event featuring a historic walking tour at 11:30 a.m. and a pet halloween costume contest at 1 p.m. Costume classes are large, medium, small, and cat. Prizes will be awarded!
