This workshop — hosted by author and professor Neal A. Lester, Ph.D. — engages participants in critical conversations about privilege and bias to allow them to better address social injustices in the world. A discussion of social, political, and cultural ramifications of unchecked privilege and bias will equip participants with resources to become agents of change.
