The ninth annual YMCA Spirit, Mind, Body Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon sponsored by St. Mary’s is set! The Duathlon will include a 2K run, a 15-mile bike ride, and then a 5K run. The Sprint distance event includes a 0.5 mile swim, a 15-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run. The Olympic distance event includes a one mile swim, a 25-mile bike ride, and a 6.2-mile run.

You must be a USAT member to participate. One day memberships are $12 and annual memberships are $45. No pets will be permitted at the race site. All registrations are final and no refunds or transfers will be made.
