USI Theatre will present “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,” conceived by Rebecca Felman with music and lyrics by William Finn and a book by Rachel Sheinkin. This one-act musical comedy centers on a fictional spelling bee and the six quirky adolescent competitors.
