The Evansville Thunderbolts will host the Point Mallard Ducks for their home opener at Swonder Ice Arena. The team will also celebrate its legendary hockey play-by-play broadcaster Terry "Fic" Ficorelli as he broadcasts his 3,500th game. The game will be broadcasted on the Thunderbolts home radio station, Evansville’s WVHI-AM 1330.
