The University of Evansville’s inaugural International Food Festival will celebrate the home cuisine of the university’s international students. The menu will include dishes like poutine, grape leaves, kabsa, biryani, feijoada, matar paneer, and baklava, and entertainment will be provided by the local folk music group Redwood Preservation Society.
