Writer/director Jed Brian and other cast members from the top-selling horror film "Unlisted Owner" will hold an exclusive DVD signing at Barnes and Noble on Oct. 13.

At the signing, guests will be able to purchase the film, have it signed, and take photos with Jed and the cast members of the film.
