In conjunction with the University of Southern Indiana’s 50th Anniversary, the Varsity Club is publishing a cookbook, "Celebrating USI’s 50th Anniversary Through Cooking." The cookbook will be avaiable by the middle of September 2015 at the USI Campus Store.
The first USI Varsity Club public venue where the cookbook can be purchased will be the Steak Fry ‘N Auction. The cookbook contains history of USI, the Varsity Club, and athletics, as well as more than 330 recipes. Books cost $25 and funds will go to support USI athletics.
