Book Discussion: The 1619 Project

In preparation for Nikole Hannah-Jones’ keynote address at the Human Relations Commission’s annual dinner and awards ceremony on Oct. 27, this reading group — in partnership with the Evansville African American Museum — will cover the first six chapters of Hannah-Jones’ Pulitzer Prize-winning book, “The 1619 Project.”
