“Dawn Murtaugh: Fiber Art” Exhibit Public Reception

As part of the Emerging Contemporary Artist Lecture Series, the reception will showcase the art of Dawn Murtaugh, a self-taught textile artist who draws heavily from traditional quilting, taking remnants of the past in the form of trims, upholstery fabric, jeans, leather, and more. Her work has been featured at juried art shows and invitational exhibitions throughout the Midwest. Murtaugh’s artwork will be on display through Dec. 10.
