The world’s most popular library spirit, the Grey Lady Ghost, haunts the Willard Public Library. At the height of the spooky season, enjoy a group tour at the library or watch the GhostCam from home. The event is free, but attendees must register and bring a ticket to attend. 7-9 p.m. Oct. 27.
