Oil Painting Class:
Autumn Landscape + Ghost

The Evansville Museum of Arts, History & Science is pleased to present a two-day Beginner Oil Painting Class. In this class, participants will paint an autumn landscape, with the option of adding a ghost!

Join instructor Bri Garcia on Sunday September 27th and Sunday October 4, 2026 from 1 pm to 3 pm. This two-part class will teach you the basics of getting started with oil painting. All supplies are provided. The class will take place at the Evansville Museum.

This class is for teens and adults. RSVP is required by September 14th. This date is necessarily so that the Museum can purchase the correct number of supplies.

$175 per Museum Member
$250 per Non-Member

Refund Policy

If the Museum cancels all or part of the class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, and/or severe weather, participants will have the option of a full refund or a credit towards an upcoming class.

If a participant cancels before September 14th, a refund can be provided. An administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. For cancellations after September 14th, no-shows, or missed classes, no refund can be provided.
