The 18th annual SWIRCA Brewfest will take place at the West Side Library Park on Franklin Street on Sept. 17. Brewfest features craft and domestic beers, wines, and spirits with vendors from all over the Midwest coming to share their craft and passion. Tickets for general admission at $40, $75 for VIP, and $10 for designated drivers.
