Padriac Kenney, Indiana University professor of history and international studies, will deliver UE’s 12th annual Thomas C. Fiddick Memorial Lecture. Kenney will discuss opposition movements — in terms of the successes and failures of those movements —with a focus on Eastern Europe from the 1980s to the recent mobilization in Ukraine. There is no cost to attend.
