First Fridays at Haynie’s Corner

Haynie’s Corner

First Fridays kick off this weekend in Haynie’s Corner. This monthly celebration of arts and culture brings art, live music, street performers, and delicious food and drink samplings to the city’s Arts District. Peruse art galleries, historic buildings, unique boutiques, and retail spaces. Businesses in Haynie’s Corner will be open and partnering with a local artist to showcase their work.

Franklin Street Bazaar

West Branch Library Lawn, 2000 W. Franklin Street

The Franklin Street Bazaar opens this weekend and runs through Aug. 28. Enjoy free yoga from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. and visit vendors, farmers, and food trucks on the West Branch Library lawn.

Newburgh Strawberry Social

11 a.m. June 5
Downtown Newburgh, Indiana

The strawberry festival is back in downtown Newburgh this year. Join Historic Newburgh Inc. for food booths, live music, games, and activities this Saturday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The Newburgh Farmer’s Market also kicks off its season that morning, and there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly built Allen Family Amphitheater at the Old Lock and Dam. The amphitheater will also host the first Under the Radar Concert at 7 p.m. All proceeds from the event will go toward the beautification of downtown Newburgh.
