Put on your best Gatsby attire and step back into the Roaring Twenties at the Grapes on the Grass Soiree that will kick off the weekend for the 13th Historic Newburgh Wine, Art & Jazz Festival presented by Evansville Living and sponsored by T.R.U. Event Rental and ERA First Advantage Realty.
The event on May 18 at the Old Lock & Dam Park in historic Newburgh, Indiana, brings together the best in food, drinks, and entertainment with the backdrop of the scenic Ohio River. Guests can sample wines from 13 local wineries, enjoy gourmet food from more than 20 local restaurants, and be entertained by the local musical group The Honey Vines.
As soiree-goers enter the bash and step back in time, they will have their photo taken with a classic car from the 1920s. Attendees also get to play judge as they vote for their favorite wines throughout the evening and select the “People’s Choice” winner, which will be announced at the festival on Saturday.
Grapes on the Grass also provides the opportunities to enjoy all the merriment of the Historic Newburgh Wine, Art & Jazz Festival in a more intimate setting, as only 200 tickets are sold for the evening.
