Hacienda, 600 E. Boonville New Harmony Road, opened its fourth Evansville location, joining the other Mexican restaurants on South Green River, First Avenue, and Pearl Drive. The Rooftop, 112 N.W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., has opened with full bar service and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options like waffles, sandwiches, and pizza. High Score Saloon, 323 Main St., Ste. F, now is open. The “barcade” serves craft beer, hotdogs, popcorn, pizza, and soft pretzels along with arcade games and pinball.

Lake’s Metro Deli, an eatery serving sandwiches and sides including chicken parm, pastrami, and pork rinds, plans to open in January at 2121 N. Green River Road in the previous location of Tom+Chee. Wasabi will open a location in The Promenade off Burkhardt and Vogel roads. This is the first Evansville location for the hibachi and sushi restaurant, which was founded in Owensboro, Kentucky. Tim Mills, owner of Walton’s International Comfort Food and Madeleine’s, has announced plans to open a new barbecue restaurant Read Street Barbecue in the former location of Fred’s Bar and Grill on Read and Virginia streets.

Café 111, 111 S. Green River Road, has changed ownership and will welcome a second location for The Granola Jar, 1033 E. Mount Pleasant Road, called The Granola Jar at Café 111.
