To show how stories in the May/June issue of Evansville Living fit into the broader world, this edition of Link Up brings the Internet to you.

Similar to Jasper, Indiana’s, Schnitzelbank Restaurant, the Alpine Wurst & Meat House in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, has been making German meats since the owner emigrated to the U.S. from Germany. The butcher prepares this Olde World-style food using the latest industry technology.

Located on the Gibson and Pike county lines, the Azalea Path Arboretum and Botanical Gardens occupies 80 acres. In Lafayette, Louisiana, the Historic Azalea Trail was once considered one of the best attractions in the South. Now, the community is working to revitalize the 22-mile-long path.

The recently restored Princeton Theatre and Community Center opened last summer after using funds from a $4 million grant. In Pontiac, Michigan, the historic Flagstar Strand Theatre for the Performing Arts is undergoing a $20 million construction project.
