Agaves Mexican Grill, 2003 Stapp Drive, Henderson, KY, is now open and offering Mexican fare like burritos, quesadilla, enchiladas, and chimichangas. This is the second Agaves location following their first restaurant in Ferdinand, Indiana. Twisted Tomato Pizza Co., 2333 St. George Road, is now open and offering specialty pizza and sandwiches.
The Refinery, 224 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, IN, will carry Bliss Artisan ice cream beginning in mid-May. Farm 57, 3443 Kansas Road, a farm market and home to the Pizza Revolution double-decker bus, is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Sunday with new menu items available for carryout or to enjoy in their indoor and outdoor seating areas. Dunkin’ Donuts announced a multi-unit store development agreement with existing franchise group Maruti Donuts, Inc. to develop six Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in Evansville, including one multi-brand location with Baskin-Robbins. The first restaurant is planned to open in 2018. Barber Bistro, 105 N. Green River Road, is changing its name to Proper Coffee Roasters and will open a second coffee shop Downtown in the renovated McCurdy building.
