Since obesity is one of the most preventable and common health problems in today’s society, we were intrigued by this personal trainer’s extreme story on how he gained weight to empathize with his clients.

Our cover story, “Retro Relaxing,” takes readers through the revamped and retro Airstream camper owned by local architect Mike Martin and his wife, Rachel. The aluminum, 1987 trailer was completely gutted and renovated by the couple, and now boasts a retro-meets-modern style equipped with all the living essentials, including a full bathroom, bedroom, dining area, and lounge.
