Valerie Ewers directs this work by Alan Ayckbourn — part of The Norman Conquests trilogy — starring assistant librarian Norman as he endures a traumatic family weekend in a Victorian country house. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $12 for students.

Pie Contest
7-10 a.m. July 29, The Landing parking lot, One E. Water St., Newburgh, Indiana
Bake your best pie — sweet or savory — from scratch using locally grown or raised ingredients and bring it to the Newburgh Farmers Market by 8:30 a.m. Pies will be judged in three categories: sweet, savory, and people’s choice.

Evansville Card Con
9 a.m.-9:30 p.m. July 29, Old National Events Plaza, 715 Locust St.
Dealers, collectors, and enthusiasts can trade sports cards, collectibles, Pokemon cards, and memorabilia.

Night Flight 2023
8 p.m. July 29, University of Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles Complex, 8600 University Blvd.
This four-mile walk, run, and kids’ dash cuts through USI’s campus and travels along the USI-Burdette trail. Registration is $25; the kids’ dash is free. Proceeds benefit USI’s track and field and cross-country programs.

Ellis Park Dachshund Derby Finals

Watch little dogs race to the finish while benefiting local animal rescues.

Salsa on the Ohio

Miss Southwest Indiana Pride Pageant

Drag performers compete for the title of Miss Southwest Indiana. Admission is $8.
