Avoir une Brioche! BRU’s Executive Chef Gil Quezada starts this burger off with a French-style brioche bun — a light, sweet, enriched bun made with a high egg and butter content.
Golden Ring: The top of this tower is christened with a deep-fried, thick, golden onion ring. When all is said and done, the Honey Chipotle BBQ Burger is the tallest offered by the restaurant.
Kickin’ Aioli: The construction of the burger begins and ends with black pepper aioli, a different twist to the common mayo.
