Emge’s Deli and Ice Cream announced new hours of operation and now will be serving up its dishes 6:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6:30 a.m.-noon on Saturday. Plans for Bud’s Bar & Grill at the former location of Bud’s Harley Davidson in the 2100 block of West Franklin Street are moving forward. Business partners KC Chesser and Chad Brady hope to open by the end of the year after putting original plans on hold due to controversy over parking variances. Sam’s Southern Eatery is set to open in the previous Taco Tierra at 420 S. Green River Road, fixing up southern-style food like po’ boys, chicken, and seafood. A new Dunkin’ Donuts is coming to North Green River Road in front of Eastland Mall, which will open in late 2019 and be one of the first rebranded stores simply called Dunkin’. KC’s Marina Pointe and Tiki Time Bar & Grill both are closed for the season. DOMO Sushi Bar and Ramen House, 5636 Vogel Road, has opened inside MA.T.888 China Bistro, dishing up authentic ramen and sushi.
