Wine, Wags and Whiskers 
6-8 p.m. April 13
The Parlour at Jennings Street Public House, 300 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, Indiana
A five-course small plate meal catered by To the Table and wines prepared by Pam Reimann of Wine-Oh! Tours and Events will benefit the Warrick Humane Society.

Easterseals Telethon
5 a.m.-7 p.m. April 14
Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, 3701 Bellemeade Ave.
Call in and pledge to support people across 31 Tri-State counties served by Easterseals. The telethon on ABC-25 and CW-7 includes video segments, “Dialin’ & Duelin’ for Dollars” competition, and special guests. Outside the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, visit the “Telethon Cruise-In” hosted by the E’ville Iron Street Rod Club from 3:30-6 p.m.

Group Exhibition Opening Reception
5-8 p.m. April 14
The Rumjahn Gallery and Framery, 5901 Vogel Road
This show is open April 14-May 5 and features a collection of fine art by regional artists Leah Diekhoff, Amanda Thompson, and Peter Mudd. Enjoy wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres at the opening reception Friday.

Roaring 20s Fundraising Party
6-9 p.m. April 14
Evansville Wartime Museum, 7503 Petersburg Road
In honor of the 1928 Ford Tri-Motor visiting the Evansville Wartime Museum, this fundraising party includes a tour of the Tri-Motor, Charleston dance lessons, live music by the Old Dam Band, a themed photo booth, appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, and 1920s-themed cocktails. Costumes are encouraged. Tickets are $100 per person.

Tri-Fest
April 14-16
Downtown Henderson, Henderson, Kentucky
Enjoy a carnival and fireworks show, food vendors, live music, and more at this free event.

Guns & Hoses
7 p.m. April 15
Ford Center, 1 S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Evansville Fire and Police Departments go head-to-head in 13 three-round boxing matches to raise money for local agencies working with people with disabilities. Tickets start at $15.

Metro Ballroom Dance Club Community Dance
7-10 p.m. April 15
Veterans Memorial Coliseum, 300 Court St.
Take a dance lesson before DJ Rick Rideout starts spinning tunes for the open dance. Tickets are $10 per person.
